All fitness levels welcome!  It is more than a workout. It is an experience.  Bring the road indoors. Bike meets land in this high energy/calorie blasting 45-50 minute session.  Ride in a motivating group environment with music that begs your legs to pedal!  Ride to the rhythm of the music in a variety of tempos and drills that offer an exhilarating cardiovascular workout.  Here at Dover Gym, you are in control of your own resistance and speed allowing you to continuously progress forward from your current fitness level.  Be sure to bring a water bottle and towel!  Please allow time for bike set up prior to class start time.

All fitness levels welcome!  Work your entire body in this 60 minute session.  Every class at Dover Gym is something different and you never know what you are going to get…barbells, dumbbells, bodyweight exercises, core training, cardio moves…a little bit of everything!  Be sure to bring a water bottle and towel!

All fitness levels welcome!  This 60 minute session delivers a variety of cardiovascular and strength exercises as well as calisthenics and body weight exercises in a station format to ensure a complete total body workout.  This group dynamic offers encouragement and motivation to help you to build your best body!  Be sure to bring a water bottle and towel!  Warm weather permitting, this class may be held outdoors, so also be sure to bring sunglasses and sunscreen!

A Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop.

Pilates builds strength without excess bulk, capable of creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen. (Yeah, we know – who doesn’t want that?)
It is a safe, sensible exercise system that will help you look and feel your very best. It teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. Pilates also improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion. It can even help alleviate back pain.

JEROME “SHOCK” SHOCKLEY. Though I had always been an athlete, I managed to allow myself to creep up to an overwhelming weight of 280lbs. After several years of allowing my weight to fluctuate, I made a commitment on March 22, 2014 to build a track record of consistency. I started this journey of re-dedicating myself using Beach Body products. My goal was to become more acclimated with body weight and interval training. During this process of completing programs and transforming my body, it was brought to my attention that others were taking notice and becoming motivated to follow suit. This ultimately led to me becoming a Beach Body Coach with the intention of encouraging others to get the same results, if not better. Though I endorse the brand and its products, I also understand that workout DVDs are not for everyone. This led to the start of Sweat Fest, which is a interactive 30-minute total body boot camp. The goal is take an interval training approach and assist participants with pushing past their "perceived" limitations and surpass their fitness goals. Being that I'm a firm believer of providing a welcoming atmosphere, Dover Gym was the perfect platform to launch Sweat Fest. The sense of camaraderie and support in this place is second to none!

JOANNE CAIOLA has 16 year’s experience in the fitness industry.  She is motivating and inspiring to others to be healthy and fit.  A healthy lifestyle is a way of life for Joanne and she displays that passion by promoting fitness and health for life and helping others positively change their bodies and lives.  In the fitness arena Joanne is an enthusiastic motivator and supporter. Joanne is a certified ACE Personal Trainer, ACE Health Coach, ACE Group Fitness Instructor, Johnny G. SPIN Instructor, Art of Strength Kettlebell Trainer, YogaFit Level 2 Instructor, ISCA Kickboxing Instructor, AAAI/ISMA Powerhouse Mat Pilates Instructor, Resist-A-Ball C.O.R.E. Instructor, and is CPR/AED certified through AHA for Adult/Child/Infant.
